Unlike others, the Rotary Extreme Engine Brace has a heavy duty damper which smoothes the rotation of the engine during revving and makes shifting crispy without putting a lot of stress on the chassis. Our engine brace is designed for the US Spec RX-7 so it will clear the ABS pump unlike the Japanese ones. The damper comes with all the hardware for a bolt-on installation.

Why is ours better than the others:

We do not use solid rod which will create too much stress on both the lower intake manifold and the chassis. The function of a engine brace should be dampen the rotation of the engine under revving. A solid rod will prevent any movement of the engine and the constant stress will create fatigue on both the lower intake manifold and chassis. Over time those components will crack. You can view our engine brace damper as a suspension for the engine.
The Japanese one requires you to modify either the ABS pump or the engine brace itself. A lot of times it still hits the ABS pump. Ours is a bolt-on and made for the US spec car. Perfect fitment is guaranteed.
Our brackets are made from billet aluminum for strength and light weight. Some others use mild steel.
Our mounting nuts and bolts are in stainless steel. Some others use regular grade 2
