/Ordering Terms and Conditions/
You must agree to the following terms and conditions before you place an order with Rotary Extreme.
International Order:
Rotary Extreme ships internationally. We have years of experiences on importing and exporting. We have the best contact with international carriers that we will be able to ship the products to you with the cheapest shipping rate. Please email us for a shipping quote. Please give us detail description of the products that you are interested in and your full address with zip code and country. All the international shipment going out from Rotary Extreme can be tracked online. For international order, the only accepted payment methods are wire transfer and Money Gram (http://www.moneygram.com). Money Gram has agents all over the world. Please go to the Money Gram website to locate your local agent.
Payment:
We are not taking credit cards at this time.
PayPal: For your ordering convenience, we have PayPal shopping cart so you can place an order online 24 hrs a day and 7 days a week. If you have received any special pricing on your order, please PayPal the agreed amount to our PayPal email address which is rotary_extreme@hotmail.com To set up a PayPal account, go to http://www.paypal.com. You can use Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express through PayPal. Please note that we can only ship to your PayPal confirmed address. If your address is not confirmed, your payment will not be accepted. We only accpet PayPal payment from U.S. buyers with confirmed address.
Other: Money order, cashier's check, and personal checks are also accepted. Money order and cashier's check are the same as cash. If you use a personal check, your purchase will be shipped out after your check is clear. Please allow 7-10 business days for your check to clear.
Back Order:
We usually keep the products we manufacture and carry in stock but sometimes due to rush of orders or shortage of manufacturing material, your order will be on back order. We usually can fulfill back orders within 7-10 days for products we manufacture. If you have not received the product you order in 7 business days, please contact us by emailing rotary_extreme@hotmail.com or call us on the status of your order. For Japanese domestic only products, we usually do not keep those items in stock. Please email or call for an ETA. They usually take 4-6 weeks to arrive from Japan. Please note that all Japanese domestic only products are special order items. Once you place an order, it can't be canceled and no refund will be given. If the products you order are custom parts we make specially for you, your order can't be canceled and no refund will be given.
Shipping:
For bodykits and hoods, shipping will be collected on delivery. We do not make money on shipping and we think it's the best way that you pay shipping to the freight company directly. Shipping to a business address will be cheaper than to a residential address. If you use PayPal, we can only ship to your PayPal verified address. If you want us to ship to a business address other than your PayPal address, you will need to send us a money order, cashier's check or personal check. The bodykits are shipped from our bodykit warehouse in LA. The shipping cost will be calculated from LA to your location. Other parts will be shipped by Fed Ex and buyers have to pre-pay for the shipping. All shipment will be insured. If damage or loss occurs during shipment, buyers need to contact the shipping company for insurance claim. Make sure you keep all the packaging material and box for the shipping company to inspect. Rotary Extreme is not responsible for damage or loss of shipment once the products leaves our facility.
Refund and Return:
No refund will be given if shipment is refused. Buyers are responsible for the shipping charge even if the shipment is refused. Buyers are responsible for all the shipping charges. 25% restocking fee will be charged if you wish to return the merchandise. We only accept returns if the returned products arrive at our premises within 30 days from the date you received the merchandise. All returned products must be in the condition you received and shipped to us with original box and packaging. There is no return or refund if the product is used, modified, or damaged. It's the buyer's responsibility to insure the returned products at its full purchased value. If the returned product is not insured and it's damaged during shipment, no refund will be given. No refund will be given if the buyers return the merchandise without contacting Rotary Extreme and obtain a return authorization number. Shipping has to be pre-paid if you wish to return the merchandise. For special order items and custom made products, all sales are final and there is no refund.
Warranty and Disclaimer:
All product are intended for off road use only. They may not be legal for use on public highways where pollution control laws apply. Due to the nature of the use of these products, no warranty is implied or given. Rotary Extreme and anyone associated with Rotary Extreme will not be held responsible for damage or loss caused by the use of the products offered by Rotary Extreme.
